Deutsche Messe AG (DMAG) from Hanover, one of the leading German exhibition organizers, achieved record sales last year with a turnover of 285 m Euros. In the running year 2012, being less strong in the number of international events, the company is planning to reach a total revenue of 234 m Euros.
Ukraine will be able to demonstrate a significant strengthening of its economic position and jump over 19 positions, finishing 40th among the largest economies in the world in 2050. This scenario is enhanced by the Ukrainian System of Education and Rule of Law in the sense of a positive legislative development in the medium term. This is one of the results of the new report „The World in 2050“ by the globally active HSBC bank.
Interviewed by Steven C. Brooks, Chairman of MacBrooks Exhibitions, at the occasion of the first Europe+Asia Event Forum in St. Petersburg last week, Roger Martin-Fagg, a renowned British economist, predicted three difficult years to come for the world economy from now on.
At the recent Event Forum Europe+Asia in St. Petersburg, the management of Expocentr Krasnaya Presnya in Moscow announced that an additional venue will be built outside of the city adjacent to the Vnukovo airport.
The first Europe+Asia Event Forum in St. Petersburg, having taken place from 18 to 21 January 2012 at the Petro Congress venue, gathered around 300 professionals from the exhibition and MICE industry from 14 countries, especially Russia, the CIS countries as well as from Central and Western Europe.
